The Sydney Visitor Centre at Darling Harbour provides a comprehensive range of information about Sydney and regional New South Wales.

Our friendly and professional Visitor Services Advisors (many of whom are multi-lingual) can provide an extensive range of brochures, maps and other information about activities and events in and around Sydney. The Centre also offers a select range of souvenirs and giftware for purchase.

Reservation Service
The Sydney Visitor Centre provides a reservations service for hotel accommodation (including standby rates), day tours, cruises, activities and attractions in and around Sydney. Our friendly Visitor Services Advisors can assist you, with the additional benefit of their local knowledge, or you can access this service independently.

Opening Hours
The Sydney Visitor Centre at Darling Harbour is located at Palm Grove between Cockle Bay Wharf and Harbourside. It is open from 9.30am to 5.30pm, every day of the year except Christmas Day and Good Friday.  Opening hours may vary on some public holidays.
